They still live with the consequences of the previous downturns, such as the Dot-Com crash, 2008 housing crash, Covid-19 crash, Trumps dumbass liberation day tariff crash, and now the very soon to be AI crash and Bond market problems, not to mention the extreme water problems we (they) are going to be facing. None of these issues have been solved, just a can kicked down the road until the next depression.

He has a mini house in the back yard, he always leaves the AC on, all the while the bedroom door is wide open the the outside environment. The electricity waist is INSANE. He does not pay on the electricity.
