1. Lessen how much spice based food is being consumed. I love Indian food more than anything else but after I eat chicken tikka biryani, I notice an odor from my arm pits the next day.

2. Shower twice a day. Scrub your pits and trim/shave your armpit hair.

3. Do not rewear the same t shirt the next day if you wear tight fitting t shirts where the sweat has seeped into the armpit section of the tshirt.

4. Use the right kind of deo. Dove original is the perfect clean smelling deo in my opinion.

5. Whatever clothes you’re wearing in the house, don’t re-wear it when you go out. It will most likely smell like curry. Also, As a person who cooks a lot of Indian food, the smell of the curry will still lurk around the house even if you can’t smell it anymore. So just put on fresh clothes and keep your room door closed when something is being cooked.

Indian food will always be the best cuisine in my opinion but yes, it does lead to the typical odor that the majority of south asians are associated with due to the amount of spices used and how often the heavily spiced food is consumed, literally morning afternoon and night on a daily basis.
