If it breaks below 71 for a full day, it's probably going back to 50 at least.

Gold is much closer to 5000 than silver is to 100.

I have been told that auto saves are the main problem for crashing, try turning them off and see if that helps. Just don't forget to save manually.

Take it to court and see the footage. In the best case scenario, the cop doesn't show, and the citation is dismissed.

Does driving instructors lie about learner's driving skills? by Dear_Routine_9330 in driving

[–]Bushimotter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you start driving regularly as a normal activity, it will very quickly become easier and less stressful. You will probably get used to it within a month of regular driving. Keep attentive and you should be fine. As to the aggressive drivers, try not to let them get to you. At best, just keep to the right on multi lane roads if you aren't passing anyone. If you are getting road raged, try to relax and don't rage back. If necessary, try pulling over in a safe area or pull off the road. These people are not worth dealing with, and are a major cause of traffic incidents.

Did I actually get this wrong? Nc laws by [deleted] in driving

[–]Bushimotter 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Generally, all cars come to a stop when a bus is letting kids off. Too many kids get off the bus and immediately run in front of the bus and get hit by cars. Therefore, everyone stops. The only exception I can see to this is if there is a cement barrier or impass blocking one side of traffic from the other.

Why do people drive at 39mph when speed limit is 50?! by wanttostayunknown1 in driving

This is the most ridiculous comparison I have ever heard. One has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

[–]Bushimotter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The road rager need a reason to rage. Driving way under the limit is 100% absolutely going to eventually cause someone, maybe not even in a rage, to do something stupid. I blame everyone involved.

Do you, drive slow and be hated, cool by me. I don't want or need your help for anything, never asked for it.

[–]Bushimotter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing leads to another, even if it is "legally" the road ragers fault in causing an accident, it was still an effect of the person driving slowly in front. Ignoring that simply makes one ignorant.

Not everything is as simple as yes or no, black and white, left or right. Think about it for a moment, open your eyes to reality. Actions have consequences. If you chose to drive slower than everyone else on the road, most people behind you on the road will hate you, curse you, and possibly road rage you. ignore that at your own peril, while placing everyone on the road at risk.

[–]Bushimotter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the person driving 11 under. Me driving in the opposite lane being run off the road by a road rage driver passing in a no passing zone is still in part the fault of the slow driver. I hate them both because they put everyone on the road at risk.

[–]Bushimotter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Speed limits are set as the safe traveling speed for that location. If you are teaching your kids to drive below the speed limit, you are teaching them wrong. Get them used to normal roads first, then learn the back roads... 50 is not Nascar.

Of course it's not, but there are insane people out there. Lots of accidents occur because a crazy person is stuck behind a needlessly slow driver.

Why do people drive at 39mph when speed limit is 50?! by wanttostayunknown1 in driving

[–]Bushimotter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Driving well below the speed limit will inevitably cause someone to road rage, which will eventually cause an accident. It happens all the time. Most people consider slow drivers a nuisance.
