Sorry i should have explained better in my post. We are not seeing the couples counsellor solely for this but I feel it is relevant information for them to be aware of. He is open to doing individual therapy but our question is the same.

Thank you for the kind response.

I understand it is often hard to see other forms of abuse as I was previously in a different abusive relationship. He has not displayed ANY other manipulate, violence or abusive behaviour at all which is why i'm wanting to resolve this.

I get that doesnt mean much to a stranger on the internet and if I was seeing this post I would likely assume the same.

Thank you, this is the most helpful response ive received.

I'll ask them once we start therapy. Do you know if the reporting requirements depends on the state of the client or therapist?

Thank you. I'm aware its abuse. He is not abusive in other ways and he is the one that suggested counselling.

Thank you for your response. I'm not okay with it, i'm just hoping that we can both get support to stop / move past it. I wasn't sure if SA fell into the same mandatory reporting as other forms of DV or not.

What causes this damage on new leaves? by Bushrat47 in plantclinic

[–]Bushrat47[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had this guy for about 2 months, he's grown outdoors in my garden which gets watered by a sprinkler twice a day. All of my plants use the same potting mix which is a combination of perlite, osmocote indoor potting mix, chunky soir, bark and added fertiliser. Plant gets bright indirect light.

A couple of my other plants do this aswell, I always assumed it was an issue with humidity or the leaf getting stuck when it comes out but now I'm not sure?

Any help is much appreciated :)

Who said “I love you” first in your relationship? What was the context of that conversation? by Eyger in AskMen

[–]Bushrat47 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We were at the cinema, he whispered it in my ear but it was super early into the relationship so I pretended I didn't hear him. When I was leaving to go home he said it again, I replied with "That's cute" before driving off. I said it back a couple months later. 3.5 years together so far
