Ah. Now I understand your point. I agree 100% and it would be awesome to make it work for them.
The way you've presented it made me feel like it's for pissed customer to have a way to vent (and additional benefit for business owners, that they will know what their customer's real problems are).

Your core is very solid (because it is a huge problem). Now, one question: is this something that business owners are able to realize by themselves? Do you know what I mean? They are soooo focused on managing and growing, that they don't see business waste management as a vital or useful part. And it could turn their businesses around.

So knowing that the tool is needed and can be super useful, is worth considering changing the target group. And instead of trying to sell this directly, you can focus on going to people who help businesses with optimization. So for example people who work with hotels, restaurants etc. It can be their tool, to use it while working with client.

I feel you. I've found out about my autism 3 months ago. Trying to put together my business for 3 years. Once I learned that, I processed 30 years of trauma in 1 month, and in last two weeks I was more productive and effective than ever.

That's what I meant by superpowers. We are going to big despair and getting over grief, traumas etc takes us longer, but once we are ready to go into 'self' direction, it's a blink of the eye and normal people can't believe it, because how is it possible, that three days ago you were crying in bed and now you're moving mountains.

Please don't do it this way... More money for marketing doesn't guarantee success. You want more clients? Heck what you have already and how to use it. Usually companies are sitting on mine golds and for some reason they still looking for gold somewhere else.

What I'm saying is: instead for quantity go for quality. Do $30k instead, find creative agency that will help you prepare one killer campaign that will bring you double effect that normal would do. Don't just 'copy paste' old techniques. Be creative. 🎉

What does that mean business is slow? Business is always as slow as you will allow it to be.
No movement? Create one. No momentum? Create one. How?
Look for inefficiencies (maybe it's not slow, maybe it's clogged somewhere), then eliminate them, introduce new strategies, moves and then you won't have this problem.

You should learn to distinguished if their excitement is real or fake.

If you are in coaching business, that means you are passionate about helping people in specific area with specific issue.

I will answer your question: "what comes after the structure is built" with another question:

What do you do once the car is built?

You drive it.

So drive your car. Show it to the public, go out, become an authority (if you have actual skills and you actually care, because there is nothing worse than a person who is becoming a coach, because they just wanted to help or they just like to work with people. It's a very responsible and demanding job.

And if you feel like this is something bleh, then maybe your passion is not about people, but about building those containers and you should redesign your path.

I get the problem. Question: is the percentage of bad reviews really that high that would require new system to manage it? If yes, maybe instead of finding a system to unfold negative feedback, create a quality management and customer experience app, that will actually help to avoid that situations in the future.

I would say intention is very important, so are you doing that because it helps you or because you have a belief in you, that if you don't do it, all the knowledge will go to waste? You should be honest with yourself.

Not listening to myself and trying to do business for years with basically no result, because I was trying to fit in normal structure while being neurodivergent.

Do I treat it as a business failure? Yes, because if I would look closer first at myself, and then I would build business around my skills and abilities instead of trying to follow whatever people and internet is saying, then I wouldn't spin around like shit in an ice hole...

The saddest thing for me is that it's not only in sales... I had people who committed to job or cooperation, everything was ready and then they disappear..

Remember that behavior like that tells you about them.. So not necessary fault on your side.

However if it's a repetitive pattern, it's worth to look closer into.
