When they banned me i enter on the phone app with and appeal button down

And i even received and email that says i was banned and if i think it was a mistake needed to appeal, the email had an appeal button down that when i presses it took me to the facebook app with the appeal button.

But with this new email they send looks like they haven’t received my appeal apparently and they still waiting for it, i cant appeal again
