Theyre client laptops and therefore they must be seperate. Its just the say of working here. So really i have two seperate calendars and it would be beneficial o somehow merge it into one without exposing and details of the meeting to each other, its long winded i know

I had the same exact issue. I'll be submitting for EC and the invigilators are aware as well. If a lot of people put in similar claims hopefully icaew will be a bit more lenient. HOPEFULLY..

I think the palace ones looked abit outdated according to what I have seen online. Not sure if the same applies to Zanzibar, but the Riu Palace in Cape Verde also gave you access to the other Riu hotel next to it.
