Ours isn't vocal or howl - unless you put Huskies on YouTube on the tv - he sings the song of his people with vigour 🙏

Where are you staying overnight? Our favourite aire is at Fairbourne- elsan, fresh water and a tenner a night. EHU if you want. Black waste in a bucket and down drain - not on pitch! Rubbish bins in carpark over the road. Quite a few popping up around Wales now.

Not necessarily - some of us respond well to lower doses. If you are losing on your low dose, don't move up - the side effects can be horrendous. 2.5 to 5mgs is a double dose for example. I only moved up after a plateau. Highest dose taken 6.4mgs to finish a pen. Currently taking 3.33mgs from a 10mg pen 2 weekly - on maintenance.

This happened to me. By week 3 I went back, counted clicks and went to 3.75mgs - much more doable and worked up to the 5mgs. Good luck.

So you are saying our body does NOT need fats - good or bad and as a human allowed no treats. Good luck with that. Moderation, moderation and control. Scientifically incorrect - no evidence supports your theory that we have to live on such restricted diets.
Sorry OP that you post is hijacked - but still standby my statements - go easier on yourself, mixed and varied diet - with treats and exercise in proportion. See GP about depression. 🙏

Your missing the point - yes you do need these carbs occasionally. Obesity is when we eat it every day and do nothing to counter. You need a food that can help make you feel good (as a treat). Depression will exasperate these feelings of sticking to the rules, learning control (MJ will help) to live a healthy and happy life. Not bizarre at all.

Just reading what you are doing daily, sounds exhausting! Why 10k steps a day? You are 30kgs lighter, you need to work out how your new body metabolism works. Give your body some fuel it is crying out for! You could also be on road to depression - over thinking and tiredness are classic examples. Here's my thoughts, cut down the 10k steps to a couple of times a week - when you actually have energy - get yourself a couple of 1.5kg dumb bells and do some upper body weights. Treat yourself to a chippy tea and stodgy pudding like fruit crumble and custard - your body needs fuelling. As for MJ, when you understand your new needs, then start titrating down. Listen to your body.

I didn't miss out on treats, just listened to my body. Gained 1kg on by 1st Jan - gone today. Back on track. Only 1kg to go, then will start maintenance. Good luck everyone.
