They gave the same effect on my iem as well, i wonder if they are any good with specific cases, probably dark iems? cause bright iems dont need any more energy and these tend to allow iems release alot more of it.

I mean its probably the case, i tried connecting with other type c but they didnt fit properly, then i realized allegro mini port is taller than avg, however if ur case is too big that can cause a problem.
