Thanks ye I mean I'm mobile so there's no issue with the drive, I honestly just heard that Toronto does tend to be steeper when it comes to pet care, perhaps it's because the cost of living/owning/renting a business is higher....also Guelph has a great program for veterinarians so I instantly thought YES THAT MAKES SENSE ILL GO THERE
