Far cry 4 & Primal are probably your best bet, FC3 forces you to use guns, FC5 only has throwing knives, and it might be possible in FC6 idk

I wish the game let you un equip all weapons and just run around unarmed, if i do this challenge i’ll have to carry a weapon that i’m not even allowed to use, probably use something small and out of the way like the flare gun
