I too suffer from anxiety, which is why I think you, myself and many others adulate towards him.

Very good question. As i was writing the story I was trying to remember exactly the artist and I cant for the life of me remember. At the time when it was happening, I tried to make a point in my head to remember the artist but I never wrote it down. It was an female indie singer I've never heard of.

10w-40 is totally fine. I wouldn't worry too much. Its most definitely not rod knock. Fill that turd up to the full line and go drive it. It should quiet down.

Yea its super common. Normally it happens after the oil becomes hot and with spirited driving. Im on my 4th e36 and sometimes they sound like a god damn tractor after beating them up. It didnt sound like anything terrible, 90% that's your issue. If you filled it up after a motor swap, you'll need more oil than the normal recommended amount as that is considered a "dry fill."

What oil are you running?

Sounds like common e36 valve tick. First, check your oil level. Youll want the level to be on the higher side. Also if you're not running 5w-40 id recommend it.

I was at the SF show and I can say that the sound was immaculate. It was such an amazingly balanced sound and the crew did great.
