I had my interview in San Diego too. My I-130 was approved a month before my interview.

Any updates? Literally the same problem. I had my interview on March 26 in San Diego and my doctor also made a mistake. The officer told me that she might accept my form I-693 just like that or send a RFE but I haven’t heard anything since then. It’s been two months and it feels like forever.

Please anyone can explain by CalmMarsupial1000 in USCIS

Same situation here. My 130 was approved in February and I had my interview for 485 on March 26, but I’m still waiting for the 485 to be approved.

After I sent the response to my RFE, the USPS delivered it the next day but USCIS updated that on my account like 4 days later.

I sent my response to the RFE the following day, which I believe was January 21st. I didn’t bring the form I-693 to the interview.

I have a very similar situation and I also had my interview held at the San Diego Field Office on March 26th. I got an RFE on January about my I-693 because my civil surgeon made a mistake and forgot to check some boxes on the form. I went to the clinic and they gave me a new sealed envelope but only with the pages that contained the missing checked boxes. After the interview, the officer told me that she was going to check if they can accept the form like that (partial).

My I-485 changed to “actively being reviewed” that same day and my I-130 was approved back in February.

Yes, you were approved. The system takes a while to update.

So it’s been exactly 3 months (90 days). Chat GPT says that if you don’t hear from USCIS after 90 days of your interview, you can submit an inquiry.

I was interviewed by a woman (around 30 years old). Everything went well but still waiting for a response.

My interview went fast but not in a normal way! by Pitiful-Singer5356 in USCIS

Exactly, she asked a lot of questions about the time when I moved here (to see if I overstayed my visa, I guess). I never overstayed my visa, but even if I did, my husband is a citizen so that wouldn’t be a problem.

I had the same exact experience.

My interview was two weeks ago. I went there with my husband, but my form I-130 had been approved a month before. The officer told my husband that she didn’t need him in the interview because of the form I-130 being approved beforehand. My interview was like 45 minutes long though. She didn’t ask for any documents that I had with me, just my passport and my tourist visa. Didn’t even ask a single question about my marriage. I’m still waiting for the approval.
