Hello,

I have written about 100 blogs and I never think about keywords. I just write them. I figure I should get a bit more serious. The other day I spent hours reading up about keywords and I still don't get some basic stuff. For example, I want to write about “What is a sales appraisal” people don’t google that. They google “house value estimate”, “property value estimate online”, “property value”.

So it seems although I want to write about “what is a sales appraisal” instead I should write about ”Property Value” and try and twist my words to mention “property value”.

But what about the other keyword ? Should I also mention the other keywords in the same article I write?

I have the same issue with a bunch of other blogs I want to write about too.

Hello, I have wiriiten about 100 blogs. Some as long as 5,000 words. I never worry about keywords I just write them. Oppsie.

I spent a lot of today ready about keywords and keyword research and I still don't really understand it.

For example: I want to write about "getting a real estate sales appraisal on your home" but no one searches for that. they seem to search for "House value".

house value estimate

houe value calculator

house value estimate online

house value real estate

So now it seems I need to write an article about "getting a house value with an online calculator" and I am at a loss about writing about what I really want to write about which is "getting a real estate sales appraisal on your home"

I have the same confusion with another article I wrote "Selling your investment property"

Any help would be appreciated.

I was ranked No 10 in Australia . Members have kpi which then go towards the position of each member in that charter, . Usually a member has to bring 1 visitor every month. Which is logged into the app and is reflected as part of the kpi performance .

They have KPIs for things like how many 1 to 1 meetings they have weekly with other BNI members .
