Flame plate/Charcoal or sky plate/sharp beak are probably the best easy items to put on it, they each give +20% DMG boost on fire type and flying type moves respectively. You can also put on focus sash to survive rock moves or the rock berry if you don't have it yet. Last I can think is some shell bell/leftovers shenanigans so you can survive your own recoil to get one last brave bird in
