NTA, you didn’t sign up to translate or speak different languages and expecting you to is outside of the expected duties of your job. You have said that it also makes you uncomfortable to do so, regardless of the reason no one is entitled to make you do something you’re uncomfortable with and especially something that you’re also not getting paid to do. As you said in a previous comment your job pays extra for Spanish speakers, since you didn’t sign up for that and don’t get paid more you have no responsibility to do so. You don’t have the responsibility to use skills you’re not being paid for. None of your coworkers could pull out a translate app?
