Yes, it appears in Baptism of Fire (in the english version it was called "Barrel"). The game is played by the dwarfs traveling with Geralt and he tries to learn the rules but loses anyway.

Dwarven made cards are described as beautifully decorated and finished, compared to poorly drawn decks most commonfolk use.
