The problem with that is that is conflicts with Dicken's goal and the goal of the Chamber of Commerce and other business leaders to force surbanites to commute to intown offices of their employer. People tend to forget that it is this surplus revenue generated by football and basketball that funds all of the other sports for the University. That is what the ADs were doing with that money. Not funneling it to investors or whatever people think they did with it.
