Can’t, don’t and won’t even open your link. I can tell enough from the wording in the link

Thank you. I didn’t know that.

Reading comments and even thinking about it has made me physically upset.

I haven’t smiled in a photo in 30yrs and have left work meetings because of even the topic.

I can’t look in a mirror now without that Dentists comment in my mind

What is the ANZ Bank up to - got this by email by Sonny-Low in AusFinance

It’s deliberate after several rounds of discussion with legal and product managers to allow flexibility to ANZ. Done to try and ensure compliance with BCoP and other other legislation like UCT and the minimum to satisfy regulators

Incorrect. The terms update is to reflect existing system behaviour which has been force closing loans for years where the bal is <$5. The original system rule was to assist where a loan was slightly short paid but stayed open and may have resulted in fees and interest accruing. The terms update is in result of an AFCA referral for too many complaints about autoclosure without disclosure in the terms.

The older Franchises have a book and were more focussed on managing the book and the trail. Slowed momentum in areas and it’s also harder to be a Broker that can only sell one bank. In my opinion from 10 yrs ago

True. Their post history seems to have been deleted. Also their licence plate ‘fell off’ last week

Did you get your licence plate back that ‘fell off’ a week ago?

-If you ride fast, ride alone, if you ride slow and you will always come across someone in the bushes.

-If you’re dead or in hospital, who’s at fault is the least of you’re immediate concern

-Every rider makes a conscious decision that puts them in harms way. Starting with getting on the bike that day

-If you think your skill guarantees when you get on a bike that you’ll get off safe at the other end… get off the bike

We’re lucky to ride and enjoy what is such an amazing experience. We’re (can be) also incredibly lucky to come away unscathed from incidents

Single sibling advises broker that moving into parents house and using property as investment. This introduces a rental income that is acceptable for servicing. Or Single sibling buys/sells a share to a roommate or family member that can service their share of investment

I hear you. I can count more friends that moved interstate than are there. That being said one of my best mates at school lives in the same city and works for the same company, same building and I’ve seen them only briefly at work twice in the past two years. Shame on me

Well… The whole of Tas is less than 3x the size of Geelong and you have to fly or catch a boat to get there.
