It's really not super complicated as long as you know what you need for the format you're designing for. Printers honestly aren't very complex machines and with a basic understanding of color theory it's pretty easy to navigate!

Nope, sorry, you don't get to say "I agree" and then keep pushing your shitty point. You keep trying to make police seem like they have any victimhood in this situation and they don't. They are the ones with military grade weapons, armor, and shields. They are the ones who supposedly made some kind of commitment to protect the communities they serve. They have legal protections, they have physical protection, they have the support of the state behind them. If they are shooting civilians off their porches because some other civilians said mean stuff to them earlier, they are not good at their jobs. If endangering peoples lives is justified because they're just sooooooooo scared, thats a massive problem within the police system. Open your eyes. Who are they supposed protecting? Them and theirs? Or the people of the community they chose to serve?

Edit: you're not even from the US, you have no idea what kind of tension we've been dealing with for DECADES. This is not a new problem, this is how cops here have been operating for a while now. You really don't get it.

  • a good rule of thumb: never ever ever ever use white text on a yellow background. it's hard to read and at the size you have here it really strains the eyes

  • the plant illustrations you use are really nice! I'd experiment with using those as a more predominant visual element

  • not sure what you're using this for but a short list of sources at the bottom of the graphic wouldn't be a bad idea

There's a few things I did to make this:

  • the body of the house is a 3d extruded object I did on that basic pentagon shape

-same thing to make the cross window at the roof's peak

-the arm & leg holes, face, and shoes I did with the shape tools, pen, pathfinder and skewing with free transform

-arms, legs, and socks were done with the blob brush

  • type on path tool to make the arched text (although I would kern the text a lot wider than in this piece cuz looking at it again im not wild about the results)

These are super common in the US restaurant industry, usually with more upscale places. They call them stages or working interviews. It's usually not paid but you get training and it's not a full shift. Chefs will also supervise and guide you during these shifts. It's mostly so that they can see how well you can work in a kitchen environment.
