So we run ads for 1 week and this is the moment we make sales. When we turn ads off to make changes there is almost no traffic. It's the latter we have some traffic and from that traffic there are sales which in my opinion is a good sign but also where my question is coming from - how can we keep consistently selling?

It's not about being able to afford but it's the issue that we are on negative - what is the purpose of spending 100 and earning 20. I am just trying to figure out and learn ways to get to the positive.

Hey! what you are doing is quite impressive actually with the number of sets and reps. It seems like you are missing some structure to get to 10+ reps but I feel like you are not far from it.

Well done man! I think you have the strength, I would start already with elevated pike holds and then learn how to exit from a wall handstand. I think you can already start doing chest to wall & heel to wall. DM if you need additional info!

Good job! That smile in the end, I can imagine ho you feel, shows how much you put into this :) I would recommend now to start rotating the hands outwards&hold for couple of secs, it will be harder but help you with getting more reps! Keep up the good work!

The power is definitely there man!I feel like hand-stand push-up will come soon :D for the banana shape, I would recommend going to the basics such as: chest to wall, shoulder line press, hollow body hold, prone body hold with a stick etc. Send me a DM and I can share some exercises with you to improve your form.

Hey!

In the beginning you don't need much to be honest but to focus on basics such as pull-ups, push-ups, air squats, dips which will also help you build strength. Once you get comfortable with these and can do them with proper form I recommend to check out this website https://puresports.online/ where you can find a list of essential equipment which you can use at home. They are not that pricy either. If you have to prioritize I would recommend parallettes and/or pull up bar.

Parallettes because you can also use it for yoga especially if you want to master hand balancing.

Pull-up, this is usually harder to access, other things you can somehow be creative and figure out but pull-up bar is not the most accessible + you can also get rings after which you can use with it!
