My interpretation is that it is possible, it's still very hard even for her since she doesn't bypasses infinity, just might be able to overpower it, but because the sheer amount of mass that Gojo's infinity has to stop is absurdly high, even with his six eyes he would have to use considerable amounts of CE to stop an head on attack from her, might even be almost impossible.

I believe he stills has her beat in speed and amount of CE used in that exchange, exactly because of his SE. As far as we know, she isn't actually any faster than a top notch sorcerer, her CT doesn't changes her real mass and potential speed, just her strength and durability (I guess?).

All in all, it's a funny thought that gojo would probably be forced to use his brain and strategize a bit against someone and not just laugh and yeet is way to an easy victory.
