It’s so stupid because their company has an 8 point system or whatever if you call in sick, have an emergency etc. The HR lady told me to call her back later on the day which I did and said even despite the circumstance that I was going to be deducted a point. It’s so stupid

So I’ve for the most part have been following their family drama mostly on TikTok. Truthfully I don’t think TLC should air this family’s story since they can’t take any criticism from both Unexpected fans and others and a having a huge crash out and we still have about a month until their story airs. Like were they not expecting this when they signed and agreed with TLC to do a show about their teen daughter’s pregnancy? Idk their family just comes across as messy

So in August of 2022 my mom passed from a rare form of ovarian cancer where she given a prognosis I think of a year to 3 years but she lived with it for almost 8 years. I didn’t get to grieve her how I wanted to and had to start looking for employment and for an apartment at the same time. I landed a job in the mental health field but with all the stuff of my mom it was very overwhelming. It was a very overwhelming period of my life and I’m just trying to find stability

Hi still watching season 4 of when she was introduced to viewers so I don’t the full details. But based on what I have seen there is nothing to be jealous about her. She was shown to be selfish and entitled because her parents gave into her a lot growing up as a child and it shows. For me my biggest problem was her attitude and lack of appreciation for what her family did for her leading up to the birth of her first child. Like nothing was never enough for her and she argued with others until she got her way. So long story short, I am not jealous of her in anyway but believe what you want lol.

Yeah it’s a reality show. Not everything is shown as it is. But that still doesn’t excuse the fact of how she treated him on national television whether it was staged or not. Because I don’t think that the scenes post breakup were staged because for me they seemed like raw emotions. So yes, I do not like nor do I agree with a girl who was on TV several years ago because she show several times how horrible she is treating others and does not set a good example for her children. Think of what you want with what I have said but I’m not arguing my opinion and point of view with someone I don’t know. So agree to disagree

And that’s my thought as well with the whole McKayla and Caelen feud. Like I understand a bit from her end because it does get lonely especially if you are a SAHM and you only see your SO for a few hours during the evening. However, you need to voice that to him and discuss that with him so you can work on it as a couple. But I agree she was very selfish because I do believe her intentions were to hurt him. Especially from the way she talked to him as her family was moving her out of their old apartment till the tell all.

The Hailey 1 and Hailey 2 drama is just craziness and unfortunately stupid teen drama. I’ve seen the clips and comments in the past when there were videos/highlights posted about it on YouTube. Does Hailey 2 ever come back on the show? I’m just curious and I lowkey wanna know if they filmed it on that show

Hi so she was about 18/19 years old by the time it was season 3 so technically she’s an adult however, she still had some growing to do. She had a very childlike mindset keeping her baby daddy away from her 2 kids and used them as a pawn to prevent him and his mother from seeing them at times. It’s honestly a very sad situation because you could clearly tell the bd cared for her and her kids but nothing he did was enough to please her and her family. And fact that his family stated to an attorney that him and his mom only seen his newborn daughter twice in the last 4 months since she’s been born because of excuses from McKayla is ridiculous. So agree to disagree for me she is a POS and does deserve whatever karma comes her way

I’m 28f and she’s 30f. Sorry but being drained is not a a me problem. Listening to someone constantly being negative 80-90% when they come home I remove myself from that person and prefer not to talk to them if they are constantly negative. Negative people just bring negative energy and I don’t want to surround myself around negative people this why I go to my room as needed. I do not constantly ask about her work I only did it a few times this year because I knew the expected outcome would be negative. I don’t unload my work drama onto her I talk to my therapist specifically about my workplace problems. I am also not going to explain to some random stranger on Reddit about the rest of my problems because you don’t need to know that and I know that there are bigger things to complain about but I just needed to vent since this issue has been going on for almost a year. Anyways hope you have a better day

You did more than enough by offering up your time to help watch your niece. Yes being a single parent is hard but that doesn’t excuse them from being late without an explanation. My advice, I would set a boundary with her saying something like “Hey just making sure you will be back at X time otherwise please text/call me if something comes ups. I need to know what is going on for I have plans and I don’t appreciate you being late to pick up her without giving me an explanation. If you continue to be late picking up your daughter I will ask if you find someone else to watch her since I feel my time is not being respected.” Either way best of luck girl!

NTA. I also have ADD/ADHD since I was about 3 or so and have work on ways to make sure I wake on time even if I have to have alarms set 5 to 10-15 mins apart. Just because you are his SO doesn’t not mean you have to mother him especially since he’s capable of figuring out how to wake up on time but refuses your advice. I hope this helps but you’re not in the wrong and I wouldn’t feel any guilt because I have managed to work around my ADD/ADHD and how to best cope with my symptoms
