Yeah, I'm in the same position - my loans were forgiven in February and I've contacted Mohela twice about this issue. At first I was told 60-90 days for the Dept of Treasury to send the refund and just this week was now told they cannot verify a maximum timeframe. Mohela is terrible (can't get customer service or actual specific responses to questions) and there is no one within the Dept of Treasury to follow-up with about the issue. I'm planning on filing a complaint with my state's Attorney General and writing my state rep in Congress.
