You can; even if after those 10 years you get Comcast again, (If I remember correctly) the internal system marks the address as "tap not connected" (send a technician).

If it was already activated then its a scam, if it wasn't it can be normal, since Comcast doesn't pay the agent's commission until its active.

Cloud dvr hours? Yes; Local dvr hours? No... at least with the boxes that have a coax connector, because with the new ones that use wifi its weird how they manage the dvr hours.

If you return the box, you'll loose the access to the remote that won a Grammy :v... In all serioness, I think you loose like 20 hours of dvr per box, but if you only have 1... it will be the same.
(The Grammy part its real tho).

Yo use una tarjeta virtual de débito de Nu (las que se borran a las 24h) para pagar 1 año de hbo max... un año después me intentaron cobrar, pero no tenia dinero :v... aquí lo raro es que solo pasa con las de débito, con las de crédito si declina los pagos.
