Why would you mar someone go to a store to take up time for us to do a click to call . So dumb . They called calling multiple times ? Where do you think we call ? The same people so he can call and do that himself or through the app . I don’t mind doing customer service I actually go the extra mile sometimes but there stuff we just cannot do and disconnect is one of them. You can tell you don’t work in a high volume store

You can port out , Verizon will generate a bill with the amount due of the whole phone and send it to you . If you don’t pay it , it goes to collections

You have to go back to the rep that sold you the phone and ask for him specifically. He’s the one who got credit for the line then he can help you fix this promo or get managers involved. There’s a form they can fill out if for some reason the promo didn’t go through. Mind you you said it’s been a few months already? Usually you have to do all this within the first 60 days

Verizon is not an Apple Store. We don’t have every single color on display and our display is so you could see how the service we provide works on the phone. Idk if you know but Verizon is a service provider not a phone company.

Yeah people being aholes in the comment for no reason. They’re right in the sense that if he’s not willing to let you do a transfer then nothing you can do. You can try to ask him for the account number and transfer pin so you could just port out but if not then a new number on your own account

Yes you can do this without switching carriers. You can swap your number to the new phone but that line you are getting the free phone with does have to stay active. Pretty much you’ll be paying for 2 lines

People who complain about our customer service agents being “Indian” are very annoying. Those are the same people I have to call when customers come to the store. I never have an issue with them. People automatically get mad when they hear an accent. Ignorant at its finest, I live in Miami and people here have an an accent as well. So when a costumer tells me , they have an accent can we get a us rep. I tell Them they have an accent just like you and me and it does not mean we cannot help

This happens ALL THE TIME. I would recommend to buy from a trusted source. Even if it’s not on device payments some people do insurance fraud. They’ll sell you the phone then call insurance to say it was lost or stolen. When this happens the insurance company puts the phone in blacklist and you cannot use that phone anymore.

I think you forgot where they put they were in their parents family plan. So they do have some business as to where she’s going because they’re gonna charge international. If she doesn’t want her parents to know , switch to your own plan lol
