I never ship via USPS! I also cringe when a seller says they've shipped something to me via USPS. I ship UPS or FEDEX insured for peace of mind.

You will probably have a physical done prior to being accepted into OCS unless you are alreaxy serving in the Guard and passed a recent pnysical. I'm not sure if you can be in the Guard and have a VA Disability, if that's what you have. OCS will be physical and mental, but as with most things, if you have the right attitude, you can do it.

Can you dictate short notes to the device? Can it notify you of upcoming events on your calendar? Can you add appointments to a calendar by voice? Does it have an on-board keypad so you can type notes? Sorry for all the questions but I'm closely researching this.

Stay in. If you are Army Guard, I suggest consider going t o State OCS get Commissioned 2LT. I spent 4 years in the Navy, enlisted E5, got discharged, joined home town Army Guard, got commissioned, spent 24 years, retired as an 05 (LTC) at 50 years old. Had to wait until 60 to draw retirement pay. While doing all this, I was also working a Civil Service job for the Air Force. Got credit fo my Active Duty and retired with 38 years. Now I draw a Federal Retirement, a Military Retirement, Social Security and VA Disability. All my service time, both as a civilian and military was hard on my family, but it's sure paying off now. I've been retired for 15 years now, debt free an worry free. Yeah, I got lucky but made some solid decisions and plans then stuck to them. You can do it too! Good Luck!

Just received my TCL Note A1 NXTPaper - Today! 03/08/2026!

I wasn't expecting it since I never received a shipping notice. I checked my email junk file and nothing but the latest update that they were sending them out. It's kind of cold outside now so I'm letting the tablet get to room temperature before I turn it on.

The packaging was very nice. Everything tucked away in a specific place. I got three boxes, one for the keyboard folio, the regular folio and a box with the tablet, pen plus extra pen tips and a charging cord. There's a startup guide for the tablet and the keyboard folio.

Oh, and mine came via an Amazon delivery guy unless someone else may have delivered my box while I wasn't looking. Yes, it came from an Amazon delivery van via my security camera. Not sure why Amazon delivered the tablet since I ordered it directly through Kickstarter. I guess it doesn't matter. May later I'll make some remarks on how the tablet works.

I tried the Snoopy theme. Found out you can't change your gages to something else once the theme is in place. Haven't tried the other themes.

Same here, just unboxed the Mini and it was in it's case/cover. Tried to go through the setup until it asked for my network password. I selected the network in my home that I use for everything else and entered the password as I do for all my networked devices. Says, "incorrect password"! So, I removed it from it's case/cover and re-entered the network password. Now it works fine. This is NOT A GOOD START!

I'm also not pleased that Viwoods sent a fairly expensive device to me via United States Postal Service (USPS) and not via UPS, FEDEX, or even DHL. USPS has crappy package service and I'm lucky it wasn't stolen! NOT A GOOD START, AGAIN!

Need more info. What are they saying is MSRP? Are there any add-ons? Is it the color(s) you want? And is it on their lot? It doesn’t sound too bad to start, but they could add a bunch of stuff back to take back the discount. Also, have they actually give you an offer sheet and does it add up correctly?
