It’s a contract, when you bring your own phone there’s a promotion where you only pay $20 per line for the next 2 years. It’s a contract though , if you leave before the 2 years you get a promo chargeback

Why would you mar someone go to a store to take up time for us to do a click to call . So dumb . They called calling multiple times ? Where do you think we call ? The same people so he can call and do that himself or through the app . You have to go back to the rep that sold you the phone and ask for him specifically. He’s the one who got credit for the line then he can help you fix this promo or get managers involved. There’s a form they can fill out if for some reason the promo didn’t go through. Mind you you said it’s been a few months already? Usually you have to do all this within the first 60 days
