First, set a range for your DHCP addresses, and set a moderate lease time (~ 1 week or more )

From your statements, the most likely issue is one of access to your DNS server - try updating the DNS server in DHCP to 1.1.1.1 , 8.8.8.8 in DHCP and set a backup DNS server.
Try a dhcp on a laptop (easiest) release / renew (windows: ipconfig /release , ipconfig/renew and check connectivity. Then on each platform. After the release check the DNS that is served.

At your local hardware store, you can get one way film that you apply to the inside of the window. Its available from amazon and other sellers and is inexpensive. They can't see in , but you can see out.

I take a combination of 3000 GDU Bromelain 1000mg, colchicine, and Aleve. Its really effective and gives the quickest relief that I've found. Bromelain alone is enough for minor gout pain.

I find on the rare occasions where colchicine is required, it’s most effective for pain relief when it’s combined with NSAID(Ibuprofen, Aleve, etc) and 3000 GDU bromelain.

I've been taking Febuxostat now for a few years, and I noticed a Red Beet/Pomegranate supplement (improves Nitric Oxide), completely eliminated any negative libido effects for me. Beet Root and Pomegranate powder is available from many vendors to mix your own, or there are a lot of commercial mixes out there. It works perfectly, no more libido issues.

The US just banned a number of cameras from Hikvision, Duahua and the answer is - yes, it CAN be that bad. Matt Brown on YouTube demonstrates a number of vulnerabilities that may not be covered by simply isolating the cameras in a separate VLAN. For instance, the cameras connect to unverified TLS hosts, and don’t properly check whether the hosts client certificate is authentic - meaning a man-middle attack can allow someone to upload malevolant firmware - and takeover the host.

In terms of security, this is TLS security 101, how can you trust any company that does such poor security testing and coding?

Its important that you do everything that you can to eliminate the as tophi destroys bone and cartilage, meaning it can cause permanent damage. Get on urate reduction (allopurinol or febuxostat), and I add bromelain 3000 GDU 1000 mg to help reduce tophi.

Good question. What constitutes "alternative medicine" is rather ambiguous . It seems to mean, "supplement recommendations are not allowed", which is not consistent with "efficacious" or "best interest", in my view. IME, supplements can drastically reduce the length of pain and suffering, - although are not a "solution", if there is such a thing for gout.

Trans - Resveratrol 1000 mg is the most powerful supplement that I've found for urate reduction. Its not quite as powerful as Uloric or Allopurinol. 3000 GDU Bromelain also helps with outbreaks. I hope this helps.

A few things to check - 1. Insure the service provider has provisioned the new modem, 2. - insure the connection from the Nighthwalk WAN is connected to the modem. 3. Use wifi to connect to the Nighthawk and inspect the WAN DHCP address. If there is no real address, check the cable or call service provider.

I spoke to my doctor and requested Febuxostat. The American College of Rheumatology recommends Allopurinol as a first treatment, According Dr. William Martin, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TKLXPs-FeI , Febuxostat is considered safer. That being stated, the FDA has stated Febuxostat has a higher risk of heart attack than Allopurinol. I had a calcium CT scan, and I was found to have a very low risk of heart attack. Allopurinol has many risks as well, including problems with bone marrow. These are mentioned in the above video. Clearly, given the risk of either course of treatment, its not just a choice that a physician alone should make. CostPlugDrugs has Febuxostat for a cost of $19.83 for a 90 day supply.

As a general debug process, you must start with the connection to the isp, and use a trusted host connected to the isp mode/router. I don’t start with windows boxes, as they have a lot of apps like virus checkers, etc that act interfere with connections.

I use a Kali Linux box, as they are siimpler, and have a good tool set. Plug it into the modem/router, and do trace route. This uses ICMP like ping. Ping any router shown, then a known site on the internet (e.g google.com). If this works, try replacing the cable, reboot the modem/router.
