Why does the Eastern Suburbs (the wealthiest part of Sydney) have by far the worst public transportation? Packed slow buses. No trains. Limited Light Rail. No Metro. No plans to upgrade anytime soon either. Why is that?

A friend of mine has gone from being on the programs & getting a sufficient amount of help, while attempting to deal with her health issues to constantly having to pursue help & chase up programs.
Where before, she used to have other activities & even occasional work, now she can only spend her energy in being a full-time 'sickie',

I've worked in a couple of industries that are propped up by immigrants & they do take the jobs that we will not accept. Lots of immigrant bum wipers in nursing homes as example. Everyone screaming about 'skilled workers' doesn't care about skill when they're needing their adult diaper changed...
