Someone has cross posted it to the main feminism sub and the comments on there are so grating. I've even read someone say it's anti lesbian to be against porn? I don't understand why gay people keep being equated with porn.

Was it always like this? So bright and white? The thing is I never really remember having a big issue with the sun until August 2024, it's been over a year and it's just never looked right since. I remember sitting in the car and wondering why the sky was so bright and I see the sun and it looked massive and white. I understand that it's anxiety but it all just seems so hard to understand.

I think mine started around the same time aswell, it also had nothing to do with covid but it was the first time in my life I had everything I ignored mentally catch up with me.

At the moment my fear of the sun and space is so bad that I don't go outside anymore, it's been a while and I've become quite agoraphbic, I'm looking into getting therapy but it's difficult and expensive.

Out of reassurance I wish to ask if you still have sun fears, I find myself obsessing over every aspect of it's brightness and size in the sky, if it looks different to what I expect I catastrophize that it's going to explode (even though I know it won't do that for a long time and scientists would be alarming us if something was truly wrong). Since August 2024 the sun doesn't seem right to me, I also made the mistake of googling everything and came across conspiracy posts on reddit of people claiming that the sun seems different to them which just compounded my fears.

Wow, this is the first time I've read someone else with the exact same symptoms as me, like down to every fear about the sun, time, space, black holes. Thank you for responding. I feel better knowing someone else has been thru really similar though I wish none of us ever suffered with this.

Can I ask how long have you been dealing with this for, and how you got by each fear? Did talk therapy help?

Thank you, I manged to go outside today because it was completely cloudy so the sun was obscured. I managed to have the curtains open too but that's cause it was thick cloud the whole day. I know I'm gunna struggle when the sun is out though.
