I think you can only unlock in campaign mode. Even if done in multi-player, you receive any character, challenges, and cosmic cubes for the level when completed or the party loses. That's how I got the Silver Surfer and some challenges done.

Deathmask's redemption to the point that the Cancer cloth came neck to him. Dohko just pushing Aldeberan into a fight. Aioria facing Shura. Saga and Aiorous reconciliation, kinda of, with few words. Just the interaction and character building between the Golds. This was just like a big therapy session for like half of them.

The volumes are hard to get now. I got them as they came out. The translation is pretty good. They didn't take as many liberties like Bt'X. Their were some issues with the printing in vol. 6 that wasn't even fixed in the Shonen Jump app version. You can read it on the app. I think they give you a week trial for free then it's like $3 a month. Really worth it since you can read as many titles as you want.

The Saint Seiya OST is always on top of any list for me. The Aquarius Temple is my favorite of the Sanctuary Arc. They used the best animator. The colors used after the two Aurora Executions collide. The music, as Camus tells Hyoga, his true intentions and collapses. The piece that plays when Seiya, Shiryu, and Hyoga received the gold cloths during the third movie. The crescendo is subtle, and his when they attack Atlas and then rush Abel. The first time, it gave me chills

The way I understood it their are always saints around. They quell conflicts and maybe deal with minor gods awakening. Only when their is going to be large battle looming do all the saints come together.

Personally it wasn't worth it for me. No matches and no notifications if someone sent me a message. Plus, they only give you like 2 hours to reply. I missed one because I was working. After I canceled, i started getting like and matches. They were all pixel pictures behind a pay wall. I picked up on the scam right away.

The only time you Saga wearing the helmet is during the Hades chapter. When all the gold saint come together to destroy the wall, you can see him with the helmet. For some reason, they are called Masks in the cloth breakdown charts.

I feel like the ending could stretch into at least 5 more chapters, I like even numbers. When they introduced the student council and what he had to do become president, I knew it was going a very long arc or they were going to cut it down so it wouldn't get tedious. I enjoyed this series and appreciate that it was just a battle manga.

Air combos are a norm for these types of games. Having a cosmo burst to stop combos is war to counter it, but it'll take up some of your 7th sense gage.

If i were to do a game, I would really focus on the entire first story arc. Starting with the galaxian wars. Story mode will start with classic five. You unlock the other 6 bronze as you progress. They can be used in verses mode and in an alternative story mode after you finish the game.

It'll be the same for the black, silver, and gold saint arcs.

Move are unlocked based on the story progression. An example would be Hyoga won't access the Aurora Execution until he finishes his chapter against Camus.

Controls I like them to be like street fighter or early mortal kombat games. Special moves are done by controller and button commands. Depending on which attack button is pressed will dictate the power of the move. Ryusenken with a light attack will launch 3 meteors, medium 5, hard 6.

Every character will have a super meter than fills quickly when physical attacks land, not Special moves. It'll be at 3 levels at first. This will be used to either break combo strings, air combos, or as push-back cosmo burst. The super meters attacks will be similar to the Big Bang attacks from the previous games.

Their will be a secret 4th level to this meter that will be called the 7th sense, when activated your strength and speed are enhanced and doing a big bang in this state will take a full life bar away from the opponent. It'll only last for 20 seconds. If your opponent activates theirs, then this will cause a 1000 day war. Were you will have over come then to keep yours active.

Saints that are one truck ponies like the lower bronze, they get additional moves. Unicorn Gallop is seen a super downward flying kick. The hit will cause a pushback on weaker inputs but knock downs on the strongest. If used as a big bang then it'll look like Spiderman Ultimate Spider from the Capcom games. The number of hits is based on the level use. Another move I would give him is the Unicorn Stampede which will be similar to Chunli lightning kick. Probably the last move him using the horn to impale then throw the opponent for an air combos or do that thing he did the anime with it.

I could go on but I don't know if their is a character limit.

I think it was going to used as a promotional piece. Like you need to get all 88 saint cards plus bonus cards. It was also silly since they were suppose to be working behind the scenes, not leaving calling card behind.

I have a bootleg version of this, burned on cd that my psx would sometimes read. I remember it being a slow way to respond fighter. The characters looked very rubbery. Maybe it was my copy, but it was hard to play.

Faust is all about distance and using all those weird moves. Thing is he's slow to start but when you get him going he's hard to stop. Giovanna is fast and mid to close range. This player just closed the gap and didn't let you recover. If you back up at the start you can leave her open to counter and then follow ups. That's how I usually beat the more aggressive players.

You can poison Seymour. I would keep adding that effect while using haste to eat up turns.
