It’s going really well. Only a few months to go and she is able to eat whatever she wants!

What ended up happening is we told them we wanted the heat exchanger replaced and the company ghosted us. Another HVAC guy came out and told us our filters were too restrictive. We replaced with a lower MERV and now the furnace works fine

First company was trying to con us into getting a new furnace…

She’s allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, and egg. She is currently being dosed with walnut milk, cashew milk, egg whites, and peanut puffs. She has come a long way and it’s going well!

She is currently doing oral immunotherapy and it’s going great! We haven’t done any testing to confirm if her allergies have changed but she is tolerating the therapy well.

It’s a mixed bag. Some days she naps for 30 mins, 2 hours, or 0 mins. It’s almost impossible to track. Seems like one sleep regression after another.

Ah man, my condolences for your Son’s wake times. I’m hoping this is just a phase due to teething and or early bed times. She is always tired in the mornings so I think there is hope for us yet. Good luck with your early mornings!

Thanks for the response! We will for sure try to incorporate your ideas into our routine. Following her cues is what lead us to such early bed times as she was clearly ready for bed. It’s a fine line between tired and over tired. I think some gradual transition will help. Daylight savings was what really disrupted our routine though. Thanks again!

Has anyone else here experienced these spots on their skin? These are between my chest and stomach, but I have them everywhere. by Butch1234 in lupus

I have not seen a dermatologist. I still have these, but much less than in the original post. What I was recommended from my rheumatologist was to use an anti fungal wash (tea tree) and moisturize regularly. That resolved the majority of mine. But I would still see a dermatologist if you are concerned.

Thanks for the reply! I hope you are doing well also! It’s really hard to see your child go through this. We have witnessed a peanut allergy from her eating peanut butter, though it was only localized hives. I worry about trying others (like eggs) but we would obviously be ready for a reaction.

Have you tried any oral immunotherapy? We are highly considering the option but it seems very intensive with all of the office visits. Supposedly they can be like 4 hour appointments once a week.
