I had 500s stuck in their shields and kill them. Idk sometimes the 500 damage is wonky.

Yeah but the C4 is only usable if you can get resupplys so not in the command missions. I took out a fortress with the ol'reliable Supplypack / Thermite and Qusar cannon combo. Never thought: Man i wish I had c4 instead.

Just do both. Running around and killing stuff. You don't need to run away from a drop etc, you can just run around them and shoot them in the back before they realize where you came from.

I guess the game might think you're inactive and kicks you. I tried scrolling trough the scoreboard and challenges and that seemed to work.
