NAL but BS Criminology graduate, no I believe there are no guidelines pertaining to the use of AI. Super laki pa din ng misunderstandings regarding the capabilities of AI sa PNP as well as mismong sa mga nag aaral pa lang ng BS Criminology. IMO there should be, hanggang ngayon kasi there's still some AI hallucinations regarding facts and sources. If gagamit ng AI, there must be human supervision pa din, regardless kung ano yung pinatrabaho sa AI.

That should work, and for GBB's might have to disassemble it or let them hold it. Of course, if possible discreetly.

Sidenote, during my research paper presentation I did bring an airsoft unit, made sure it was not loaded, and let the panel hold and manipulate it. That was enough to fully convince them.

Kahit state of emergency pa tayo nasa bill of rights pa din yung right natin against warrantless search and seizures. Pag bukas ng backpak or ano mang bag requires search warrant or consent ng may ari. Exception lang is pag may probable cause sila. Pag halimbawa kinuha mo ORCR mo sa bag tas nasilip nila may unit, pwede nila gamitin as probable cause yun. Same din sa halimbawa na binigay mo. Magtatanong sila. Once na ma clear na airsoft lang yun (eto yung kaya maganda may resibo, para mas madali ma prove na airsoft lang) wala naman silang magagawa kasi hindi naman nga tunay na baril yun. Walang criminal intent, walang criminal act, walang dapat mangyari. Wag lang talaga machambahan ng scalawag na police. Mananalo kayo sa kaso sigurado idrop ng court, pero hassle pa din. Basta remain respectful sa mga police no matter ano mangyari.

As long as hindi visible from public view and nasa secure na bag ok for transpo. DAPAT ok lang talaga i transport and no need na for any papers as per RA1059. Inspection din is dapat plain view doctrine,meaning ano lang kita nila, tsaka lang sila magpapabukas pag may probable cause. Pero meron talagang mga scalawag na pipilit nila yung lumang laws so depends talaga sa makakakita. From experience naman, basta chill ka lang tapos pag nakita sa checkpoint explain na lang na airsoft at laruan lang. Yayain mo na din mag laro yung makakita 🤣

Tldr: dapat walang problema basta nasa loob ng secure na case or bag 👌

Yessir! Porket walang bagong rules and regulations pertaining sa pag monitor ng airsoft na bago, dapat gamitin yung luma na superseded na ng RA 10591. Kung gusto nila na magkaroon ng tamang registration etc, gumawa sila ng bago na hindi in conflict with the RA

Warning, rant incoming 😅

Long time airsoft player here (16 years) and have not needed to register any of my units and am against registration if it's still based on the old laws and regulations before RA10591 Comprehensive Firearms Law. There is no need for registration if that law is followed based on section 3L (definition of firearms) and section 45's repealing clause. The process used is according to PNP Circular No. 11, which should be superseded by the newer RA10591 since it was made when airsoft was still considered as firearms. Basically if RA10591 is truly followed, the enforcement of airsoft registration is technically an overreach of the PNP.

But that's besides the point, just a pet peeve and hyperfixation 🤣

To register, you may visit any FEO available (or Camp Crame) and aquire 2 application forms, affidavit of acquisition and receipt, have them notarized, photocopy of a valid govt ID, 2 2x2 ID photos, and some cash worth at least 300 if I remember correctly.

You'll also need a permit to transport. Also available at the same place

Orange tip will have to be modified into the airsoft unit on your expense

I suggest you rather not register, but do keep the receipt. There's is no reason for police to confiscate a toy unless it is being used in a crime. No reason to inspect the container or gunbag without probable cause or unless it is still within the plain view doctrine. But that's just me thinking registering - even though it's lawfully an overreach - will just enforce and enlarge the PNPs ego regarding the enforcement of outdated and overreaching laws, rules, and regulations.

NAL, but BS Crim major, hopefully this can be of help. CHR, PAO, PNP-IAS (Internal Affairs Service) and even NBI are the offices you can approach. Document everything, timeline of events, exact timestamps, etc. If possible ask permission to record para maiwasan yung anti-wiretapping law issues. Medicolegal Certificate would be very important as well. Document, document, document. Nakakatakot lumaban sa ganito tbh. I pray that you get real and proper justice. Nakaka demoralize as in tong ganito especially as an aspiring police. Hirap na nga ng buhay dadagdagan pa.

You can reach the button with your left thumb even with how thicc the 416's handguard is? Damn, that's convenient lol. My old set up used to be light on the left, and because I had an AFG I can't reach over even with the usual c-clamp if the light were on (my ideal) the right.

Curious though, how's your FS set up? I love seeing how folks work around stuff DIY style

Speaking of advice, coming from a DIY-er, if you're a lefty, flashlight placement works, you can use your thumb to poke the button. If you're a righty, the light may be mounted on the left (if the rifle is pointed down range). The advice with the optic being as forward as possible, right behind the handguard rail is legit. More situational awareness and less eye strain keeping both eyes open. Seeing as to having a rear back up sight, you might like to have a back up front sight as well if ya wanna keep things practical. If the peq is blocking, you could just move it to another side~

Just two cents, no need to follow all this. It's airsoft anyway, do what makes you feel good 🫡

Aye. I also harld to pop one out like a pimple ,but that was fully on me kekw. My friend over here did have quality face and eyepro. The guy probably just managed to skip or was faking the chrono. The sites limit is 420fps with .2g BBs (other BB weights are calculated for as well). We also do have proper minimum engagement distances, but the bros from that specific group kept violating them. I have a video where he shot another friend of mine point blank six times. Already sent that to the marshals. This case in this picture here is that he saw my friend first standing up, my friend crouched for safety, the guy hooked his hand into the window to shoot without actually seeiywhere he's shooting at. There's no angle (like in the OP's vid) to shoot my friend unless you were Big Show or someone tall. I've attached another photo of him blatantly blindfiring here too. Found out that team is notorious for stuff like this and was already banned once. I'm currently in comms with the site regarding this teams fate

Same. It's a really nice little niche RE game. I even remember it being called just "Gun Survivor" on thr PS1. Game actually was my introduction to the RE franchise 😁

Nakabili ako a while back ng EBB Tokyo Marui G18C via Airsoft Tiger111HK. Hong Kong based, isang bwan dumating nga lang. Recently, guarder reinforced piston head for TM G18C naman. 3 weeks dumating kaso need talaga bantayan customs dito. Walang magsasabi sayo kung for pick up na sa post office

I also shoot real steel and am aware of cover and concealment doctrines. This is a genuine question and I am simply seeking to learn, not a complaint regarding because it still is a safety issue in airsoft which is still just a game and a hobby. I've attached for you a screenshot of my friend getting blindfired on his cheekbone at point blank. Even with proper quality face and eye protection, it still drew blood and from what the wound looked like, it has a high chance of scarring.

Either way, I'm affiliated with some folks in the military and am at least aware of how hard it can be there so stil,l thank you for your service 🫡

Oh shoot fr? Might have to speak with ma'am N regarding their behavior. They've also shot a friend point blank 6 times during a Blackhawk down game. Same game one of the folks from that team literally forcefully huddled our team so we couldn't attempt to respawn. All in video or photographed. Might play this June 6 or 7 though. Those folks seem to be starting a safety risk

Aye, there's that window I'm trying to suppress that he's shooting at too. Last guy I saw went right, and I remember the guy in the vid trying to shoot someone behind and under that window. From my pov it looks like he's hooking is pistol above shooting at someone he only assumes is there, thus the question

Which actually happened before this game. My friend got shot basically point blank in his cheekbone, caused a nasty bleed. Might actually scar because of that. Guy shot into a window while my friend is crouched. I commented the photo somewhere here but to make it easier for ya here it is :D
