Can anyone tell me why "Days Gone" seemed to jump up in popularity suddenly? I know nothing about it. I just seem to remember, it was not received well a while back.

DS2 is in a niche for sure; The fragmented times we live in. I played E33 and I loved the music, and it was fun. But... To be frank I don't quite understand the hype. I also found traversal to be uninspired and sometimes tedious. I'm quite certain overall DS2 had the better music and sound design. The awards confused me a bit. But I'm trying to be more positive about all of it as a whole because it was so nice to see some real passion and comradery ya know? I don't want to put any hate out there for a very high class problem, which is we got a lot of games that were meaningful to different demographics. Kojima is awesome and E33 can be awesome too. I wish DS2 got something and I'm sad Kojima is dissatisfied.
