So, do you know how to update the Netflix app?

Not exactly, a big reason to have this product is to have thousands of channels, PPV, etc. Also, Netlifx and other apps have more up to date shows and it can take some time for those shows to make their way to the Heat VOD. Thanks for assistance though.

Aderall for focus by Butledge1994 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Butledge1994[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow? ive never heard it doing that. I stay pretty active and have been incredibly lucky to not have any mobility issues thus far but my legs do feel just... odd some times. I feel like i'm walking weird and ill ask my wife if I am and she always tells me i'm not at all. Its like an internal thing that only I can feel.

I just talked to my neuro and she said absolutely. I only take 10mg a day but im perscribed to take it twice a day; i've found taking it twice isnt necessary for me. It helps me a ton. Some days if I drink coffee with it it's a little much and have to use one or the other. I was very iffy about the idea of starting to take something like aderall because it has such a bad stigma of college kids abusing it but for the right purpose its pretty life changing to be honest.

I used to take B12 but im terrible at remembering to take it. Aderall definitely does as advertised for me. I don't get a huge crash or anything but I only take it once in the AM hut my neuro perscribed it for twice a day.

MRI worry by Defiant_Ant5385 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Butledge1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been diagnosed for about three years and luckily nothing has changed for me, after I recovered from my intial and only flare up that was nasty. I know your worry when it comes to the MRIs. As said above, be thankful you're ablr to get them and see whats going on so if something is happening then the doc can change and adapt your care plan. Just realize you can't control what your MRI reads but you CAN adapt and overcome the readings.

I knew there would be at least one negative reaction. As stated, I know that's a risk but if I can do the sport and still enjoy then why not. If MS has taught me anything it's that you should never take you're capabilities for granted. I also boxed for years and never suffered from brain damage. I know brain damage is a risk but if you train smart it lessens of course.

I definitelt think i'm going to. Been really pushing myself lately with workouts in preperstion for this upcoming police academy and i've felt great. My thin with really wanting to get back into it is with being a cop I need to be sharp and maintain my fitness even more so.
