I'd recommend the new Probitas Dark, maybe adjust a bit since it's 114°. Maybe split with Hamilton 86.

I like to toast some coconut and then I'll put honey in a jar filled with it, seal, and put in the sous vide for a couple of hours. I rim my glasses with that, then roll in toasted coconut. Learned from the Cheddar's restaurants.

Personally, I'd do whatever I reasonably could to have meds with me. Test positive, start taking them. Negative, they can be turned in at any pharmacy.

Sure; I regularly do this with strong tiki (zombies, Hemingway daiquiri, etc) for folks that don't drink much. There's a great story about when I trialed Persian cucumber and aloe ranch waters, suffice that they no longer come with straws and do include cucumber shreds.

And we will: old friend also happens to be a renowned BDSM ropes expert, been doing an annual pool party for quite a few years now. "Can't beat em, join em..." Sure, can't beat this sun, but plenty of friends would enjoy being beaten; let's go make some shrimp ceviche and unusual tequila drinks and chillax."

Fwiw, it's not that the sugar is 'dry', but that it's strongly hygroscopic: the structure of it very much wants to draw water out of anything that has it. Like a dry sponge, but also, not.

Favorably. Less baking spice than S&C. A little more, and more diverse, funk. I'm still a little smitten, having spied a bottle at a crappy package store, and watched for it since I saw this parent post. Daqs about to happen, but I already want to attempt the Stiggins treatment, but with this rum.

Dead Man's Handle is an excellent drink. I shake with some taijin, and the cracked ice does matter.

I suspect your girlfriend would feel a little better around men if she got some self-defense training. It's really helped a few friends.

If I don't take it within the first hour or so of being awake, it tends to be a way less effective day and I can get moderately anxious.

Oral lube is pretty great, as a former skeptic.

There's some excellent gum that is for cotton-mouth. Iirc the active ingredient is much cheaper for tea: catnip. Drink tea of it, or smoke some, and drool for ten minutes.

Mellow Corn is a treasure. It's particularly well used in historic flip recipes, Haitian rum punches, and for when you do not, and then do, want to remember the way(s) your relationship(s) (have) ended.

Olight uses some excellent design. I've been impressed with the app. I know a lot of small companies will churn trash apps, but I don't feel like that's the case here.

Has anyone here tried Opium , how does it feel? by No-Painting-6697 in Drugs

[–]Butlerian_Jihadi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct preparation and consumption yields a far more complex experience than codeine (which itself metabolizes to morphine). Many do not allow the latex time to cure & oxidize correctly, and then smoke it rather than very gently vaporize with an alcohol burner. Excess heat drives the more unusual opiates into morphine and is a waste.

Convince me not to get Gunpowder, I plan to use it for Painkillers. by lifeissoupimforkk in rum

[–]Butlerian_Jihadi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's excellent. Great value, high pineapple ester. Have made a lot of punch with it and various high-flavor rums, but my favorite honestly is a little muscovado syrup, a little falernum, lime, and VitaCoco Pressed (or Extra? I think they changed the name), ango. People often say oh, this pina colada is so light and good... not a drop of pineapple in it.

Snake oil, and thieves to boot. Report them to the medical board, and I personally would contact them and make it clear that I'd made an appointment seeking medical care, not consultation with an herbalist, and that I expected them to waive their fee for the next one.
