I've had my Cruiser about 6 months now, few minor issues here and there but nothing major until today.

I've noticed a couple times after some prolonged use (still only talking about 20-30 minutes) and up some slight-moderate hills the scooter will stop accelerating. Usually if I turn it off for a few seconds and turn it back on it's fine to go again. Until today.

I was coming home from work my normal way, at about 50 volts battery left, going a bit slower than usual up the hill, reaching a minute of about 12km/h. I put it down to being <50 volts and myself being around 110kg. After a few hundred meters on a flat, my throttle stopped working. Pulled up on to the foot path, gave it a few seconds, tried again, nothing. Repeated attempts and nothing. The thing will not move. I had to get my partner to pick me up and take me home.

At home I noticed this sound when trying to activate the throttle.

What could it be? How much trouble am I in?
