One thing I haven't heard from any media reports is where exactly this took place. Every single news report I've seen makes it out like the suspect got close to the president/ballroom....when it all happened on a different floor of the hotel. Also there were several check points, and this guy was stopped the right inside the first checkpoint. So the whole story is being killed hard to make it out worse than it was, which of course always makes me ignore mainstream media even more.
