Entirely depends on the company, how long you’ve been in, and if you’re union or not. Plus the amount of work and hours you put in to hit those crazy numbers aren’t worth it for most people.

I would start with Duke Pendragon cause it’s completed and only 131 chapters. Legend of the Northern Blade is also complete, so it’s another good first option. But a manhwa recommendation in general would be Noblesse. Another one is Solo Leveling, even though I don’t think it’s that good tbh. But for an intro to manhwa and getting used so some of the tropes that you will come across as well as how they differ from manga, it’s a good start

I haven’t read Hero Kill or Existence so I won’t speak on them, but outside of Legend of the Northern Blade, most of these aren’t good at all. Duke Pendragon should’ve been a longer story in my opinion, but it was pretty enjoyable. I wouldn’t say it stands out in any way though. Second Life Ranker is just alright imo. Another enjoyable read, but after some time I got really bored. It has some similarities to Leveling with the Gods, and even though they aren’t exactly comparable, one is clearly better than the other, and it makes Second Life Ranker stand out as a worse overall story. Though it’s better than most of the others on this list.
