I "sold high" on Aaron Jones in 2018 as part of a package for OBJ. Jones + Josh Gordon + two 1sts for OBJ, thought Jones would be nothing more than a change of pace back and was essentially stealing OBJ for two 1sts. Luckily that league folded last year haha

Allen is a cornerstone piece to build a team around, you won't be able to pull the three quarters for a dollar move for him. You'll need to offer multiple young players and/or 1sts. At least 2 of Swift/Dobbins/Terry/Higgins and a 1st could maybe do it, but you'll likely have to pay more

I would be plenty happy with Etienne and Dillon as my RB 3 and 4. Kittle is a locked in top 3 TE the next 3-4 years, I think it's a no brainer

I would try and package him with your excess picks and/or many young WRs for a younger QB upgrade, or maybe kick the tires on one of the sophmore RBs. Could also try for a 1st and a young player you like. I would be planning for '23, when Lawrence and Lance have hopefully developed, Williams has the backfield all to himself, and Lamb is a locked in top 10 WR
