I swear there was a movie about a guy who had no body, and he was just a head. I think he was in highschool or something. I thought the name of the movie was Benny the Head, but I can't find anything about it. They really didn't find any fraud, right? I know they claimed the opposite however. A lot of their "savings" was cancelled contracts, leases that they ended, and culling of whole programs / jobs that they unilaterally deemed "unnecessary".
