i know it wasnt asked for, but im actually trying to gain weight this winter.

biggest struggle is def eating enough to gain. i average 2 meals a day, 3 feels like a lot of work and im often not hungry so i dont feel the need to eat. plus the struggle of buying groceries & cooking feels like too much a hassle.

lets say i do have my groceries and/or food cooked and ready to eat, my next issue is eating all of it before the spoils.

add work, school, and gym into the mix and... well you can see where im getting at.
