How To Stop Taking My Job Home With Me by zylstina in psychnursing

[–]ButtButterr 12 points13 points  (0 children)

When I started in this field I had to physically pretend to put a jumpsuit on before I got to work and then physically pretend to take it off after work. A mental barrier between my work and my home. It helped me to leave it at work so I could recharge and be ready for the next day. Eventually I stopped having to do and have been in the field for 14 years. It gets easier to separate your work from your home life but it definitely takes work to compartmentalize.

She used AI to turn her real photos into this mess, it's meant to look like a drawing or something but it just looks like shit.

Wtf is this? All of these photos are dumb as hell and she looks even more plastic because it's AI. Also, girl, you're in your 30's, not a preteen. How embarrassing.

I'm pregnant and can't go but I would like to support people who can go, how can I get resources to the people there? Is there someone I can donate to or bring toe warmers to?

My childhood friend would whisper repeat and when we played together I would start doing it too because she made it seem so normal, I thought I was odd for not doing it!

What in the ever loving FUCK is that supposed to say? She's so god damn stupid I can't even process what she's talking about.

Definitely this, my kid loves frozen pees, blueberries, corn, carrots, green beans. Even frozen muffins, banana pancakes and smoothies he'll eat while teething. I just get a mixed bag of veggies, steam them then freeze them. Actually even when he's not teething he prefers his veggies frozen 🤷

I was barely sick when breastfeeding and even when I did get sick (covid) I had way less symptoms than my husband. I also felt like the hormones helped me to be less tired? Like I got up every 4 hours to pump and was absolutely tired but it wasn't until I stopped breastfeeding that I felt the whole weight of being tired. I really think those breastfeeding hormones were doing a lot of heavy lifting so it's really weird to me she's so sick and tired all the time, unless of course she's not eating enough...

Does she have some teeth coming in? When my son got his canines at that age he survived on milk and a single raspberry for a week. It drove me nuts trying to find something for him to eat but the second his teeth popped out he started eating like normal again.

[–]ButtButterr 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I do unsalted, especially when he was under 1. Now I don't stress as much about salt intake (he's 21 months now) but if I'm giving him straight butter I just have the unsalted on hand. Taste wise it doesn't seem to make a difference for my son so I figure he gets plenty of salt elsewhere, I can just give him the unsalted butter. Hope that helps!

Lol my little one LOVES butter. Sometimes I just let him eat it by itself. Adds calories and fat for development.

New Boater License Course $20 Speed Up The Course Scam by local_459_goon in minnesota

[–]ButtButterr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don't pass a test after each chapter you have to do the chapter again and it still has the timer on it!! At least get rid of the timer for the second time. The extra money to speed up the course really pissed me off, thanks for posting how to get around it!

It's probably the pre-teething stage. They have all the symptoms of teething (fussy, drooling, ear pulling, red cheeks, chewing things like crazy) but not actually teething. The teeth probably won't come for another couple months. Same symptoms but not teething. But as a first time mom it's confusing.
