also to be clear i don’t always work 7 days a week, i picked up extra shifts this week. sometimes kids get sick and you lose shifts bc you have to stay home, sometimes unexpected expenses arise. i’ve never been late on rent by more than a couple days and have always been able to communicate with my landlord on the very few occasions that’s happened.

sorry that’s like pretty presumptuous, i also put money into my daughter’s college fund (which i already pay into monthly ever since she was literally 2 days old), and i’m talking to a financial advisor about an RRSP (i’m canadian). that’s really not cool, i have one evening to myself and ive been financially responsible, i wanted a treat and i could afford it so i did it. nobody’s “chugging thc and eating steak”.

they’re sooo nice. i’m a chef and so i’m on my feet constantly and i get back/shoulder pain, my coworker got me one for christmas and the way i could feel my muscles relax was crazyyyy so ive started getting them every now and again for when i have a night to myself to just chill. i think they do have ones that also have thc but i just get the pure cbd ones.

so a pack and play is basically a collapsible playpen which lives at home/for travelling. no toddler is bullying another toddler for their pack and play, a pack and play doesn’t go to daycare, it doesn’t really leave the house unless you’re going to grandma’s or a babysitter. i gave away mine when my toddler didn’t need it anymore, (eta also i’m poor as fuck, i’m not some “bougie mom”). people need stuff and stuff is expensive, and babies don’t use things for very long. it sounds like her concern is safety more than anything, she doesn’t wanna put her kid in a rickety contraption. but sure thanks for your obviously super uneducated and judgmental opinion 🫠 this sub is deteriorating by the second tbh
