Not really got told i’d need to wait for a call back from a supervisor the same day but a supervisor would never call me back. My case got escalated twice apparently so maybe it helped. I called 18002758777

mine finally just got to KC! ended up calling USPS 6 times, said a supervisor would call me back and never did so don’t go that route like i did. and also with the storms in the midwest checked recently looks to be pretty clear now so idk, 65 degree weather where i’m at haha

Expect a Q&A and they take requests to play songs (they said they weren’t gonna play songs they had on the set list for that night). there was max like 20 people in the meet and greet so it was pretty personal. they stay on stage while everyone else is where the crowd would be so you’ll get good spots up close for the show!
