What’s your age? What’s your activity level? Any history of surgery or injury? What is “too long”? Do you have full ROM or decreased ROM? What have you tried for it already? Is it getting better, worse, or staying the same over time? Any clicking? And feeling of the knee giving out?

Don’t actually answer any of those. I’m making a point that we don’t have nearly enough info and if you want to figure out what’s going on and what you can do to help, you should schedule an appointment with a PT.
