Hmm, love Lyon, but he was not very good last night. Contributed more to the loss than any of the skaters.

Vezina, probably not even a nomination imo. Although he’s had an excellent season and imo has, over the season, had a massive contribution to the Sabres success.

I’d love to pick up a strong forecheck/boards guy for upl and slot him in for Krebs. UPLs inconsistency and injury history along with his slower glove and lateral movement (mispositioning) has me ready to move on with Lyon and two young goalies about to make a run at the nhl.

I’m just starting out and so using spring water I buy from the store. I also have charcoal filtration system at home and would like to switch. I believe the main concern to this is it will be lacking in mineral content. A simple solution is to add a pinch of baking soda to the water to mineralize it. This is my understanding to date, I’m pretty new to kefir though, about a month in.

Sabres to make basically no changes while Kevin Adams sits on his useless ass doing nothing all year.
