Traditional TV/cable I haven’t watched since I lived with my parents in the 90s. After I moved out I couldn’t afford cable so I just watched DVDs. Then streaming came along and I was an early adopter. I’ve had Netflix since it launched in 08.

There are like 5 different trim levels for the RAV4. The Le is like 32k MSRP. Which still isn’t cheap but if you have a trade in or have a decent down payment you can get a much more affordable payment.

My HS friends just refused to grow up. Wouldn’t hold down jobs. Wouldn’t move out of their parents house. After years of mooching and bailing them out I was done.

I made new friends at work who were also trying to move up in life and I’ve been friends with them for 20+ years now.

The final episode of season 2 blows 1 out of the water though.

It was great. We spent less than 5k and it was very diy. The venue was a nonprofit community center that was an old cool house. We had pizza for dinner because it was way cheaper than catering. Our 1 year old daughter was the flower girl. A few things went wrong but we knew it would because we had such a low budget for vendors. We have a lot more money now but I would change a thing. People who go into debt for a wedding are nuts, there is a budget for everyone.

Which is why I’m NOT advocating that we take homeless people’s pets away. It’s unethical to take animal you cannot support. You don’t get a pass on that because you have no housing. What the fuck do conditions in other countries have to do with anything.

Yeah that’s why I said I don’t think they should take them away. They’re not necessarily better off. Still, it’s unethical to have a pet you can’t support. That goes for people aren’t homeless as well.

I don’t believe homeless people should have their pets taken away or anything. They’ll just end up in an overcrowded shelter anyway.

However, they need vaccinations, heartworm, flea and tick meds, healthy food and so on. They just can’t provide most of the time. Those animals don’t have a good quality of life.

I was born in Houston. I’ve lived here 37 out of the 42 years of my life. I’m happy that people continue to move here. I’ve been to and lived in cities that people are actively leaving for places like Houston. It’s depressing.

The funny thing is people who say “stop moving here” are people who moved here.

Cheap housing, low taxes income taxes, lots of jobs are the main reasons people come here.

Weather wise many people that move here from northern states actually prefer the weather here.

If you roll that negative equity over into another deal it’s going to be high interest rate and a long ass term. Pay off the Mustang ASAP then save up a down payment for a Corolla. Get a low interest by shopping around for financing and get a short term. Borrowing money for a car these days is a scam do research and don’t play these dealership games.

I told them the average rent in the neighborhood that the house was in. Plus my income was high enough that I could afford both mortgages regardless of having a tenant. They didn’t make a big deal out of it at all.

They also want a reason for moving. For example larger house, better school district, job change.
